Hello can someone help me how to fix my problem? The thing is i tried to connect my wireless headphone to my phone Bluetooth but my phone can't find my wireless headphone name i tried to someone's phone and really working and when it comes to my phone didn't find the name to connect in my Bluetooth i tried to re scan but the wireless headphone name isn't showing to connect what should i do? I already reset my Bluetooth but still isn't working hope someone can help me with this problem i did everything to find way to connect but isn't working but in others phone the wireless headphone was working good why my phone isn't reading the name?
Kindly make sure that your device is updated to the last software update. You may try to reset the network settings from the device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. ( CAUTION: This menu deletes all the network information such as Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth). And, please try to diagnose the Bluetooth performance from the Samsung members app > get help page > diagnostics. You should make sure that the headphones are in their pairing mode and turned on, then try to connect them to your phone.
