I recently purchased the Samsung S24 ULTRA and was thrilled to receive a voucher for Samsung buds. However, it's been over 30 days since I claimed it, and I still haven't received my earbuds!π Not only that, but when I tried to use the voucher again, I was informed that the code has already been used. This has been quite frustrating!
@Samsung , can you please help me resolve this issue? I was really looking forward to enjoying my Samsung buds, but the delay and the code issue have left me disappointed. I hope you can assist me and ensure a smoother experience for all Samsung users.

I bought 3 units of S24 Ultras from 3 different authorised samsung franchises and none of the voucher of those 3 worked for me so far.

I preordered .posted by M&P
S24 in time.24 Feb24.Member benefit appeared. After a month I m not in receipt of promised buds .a reminder is there that your voucher will expire soon.
Again & again filling form and applying Code feedback as Already registered. A dilemma?
