Are the Galaxy Live buds being advertised here counterfeit?

Looks legit but could be a desperate seller

I did a bit more digging and they seem to be a Korean counterfeit.

Here is a video that demonstrates the differences between genuine and counterfeit, skip forward to about 6:20. The sticky label at the top of the box gives it away and is identical to the Gumtree sellers photos.
