May I know how the sleeep tracking works in your watch. For example If you lie down to watch TV or using mobile after few hours(1 or 2) does the watch start to count that you are sleeping?

No it doesn't, I haven't checked it that extensively but it only records when your hand is at complete standstill.

If you are deliberately not moving your hand for more than an hours, then yes you may be able to fool the sleep tracker.

Ok, Its possible. How about the steps tracker. When you travel in a car or bus. Most of the time watch starts counting steps. Have you ever noticed these in your watch?

Nah, until & unless you have a continuous wrist movement, it will not start the step count.
