Hi,

I need some help with this problem with my Galaxy Watch 46mm. After upgrading the last major update a couple of months back, my watch has stopped recording the floors, or showing any data on the Altimeter and Barometer app.

Anyone else facing the issue?
Any suggestions how can I fix it? I already have tried resetting the Watch and it is currently running the latest version of the software.

Try callibrating it from settings.

tried, nothing happens even after that

Try updating it to latest version, check if the barometer vent on the bottom is clogged? If nothing helps a reset may be needed.
