About Samsung Level U

Hey friends I'm useing a level u for 4 to 5 months.As u know it's the most worst sound quality if we see that huge price..but nowadays the left side of the Level U has descrised and right side is on the way to the left side...in that situation what can I do now????

If difference in the sound, visit service centre with original invoice, they will check the sound quality and replace it.
