A31 Galaxy Buds Plus

Upgraded to A31 with MTN, the special was with Galaxy Buds. I was never advised about this first 4000 customers can claim the buds. SAMSUNG, this is not fair. I feel tricked into buyer the A31. Please just tell me at least what number my device purchase was.

Kindly clear your cache.

 

Follow the steps below to do this:

 

  1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Apps.
  4. Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.
  5. Select Show system Apps.
  6. Select Samsung Members.
  7. Select Storage.
  8. Select Clear Cache.

 

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

 

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

 

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

I also upgraded and took the A31 because I wanted buds and after the whole process I asked for the buds and was told that it was for 4000 only I think it is a ripp off and we where cheated.
