Hi Sabalee

Your device can only count steps through the Samsung Health App. The heart rate sensor is only on the Galaxy watches.

Galaxy A20 does not have heart ♥ rate sensor so it won't be able to get yourself a Galaxy watch ⌚ then you can always sync to your A20 through Samsung health app
