I recently purchased the Galaxy A16 5G and have been quite satisfied with the device so far. However, I was surprised to learn that the newly launched Galaxy A17 5G now includes a 25W PD charger in the box. As someone who bought the A16 5G just a week ago, this feels a bit disappointing, especially given the close timing between the two models.
I respectfully request that Samsung consider offering a discounted 25W PD charger to recent A16 5G customers. Such a gesture would not only address our concerns but also reinforce the confidence and loyalty we have in the Samsung brand.
