Buzzing Sound using earphone

Irritating buzzing sound while audio is not playing through earphone. I just purchased 2 days ago its so Irritating ,no youtuber  reported this in there reviews. Should I return it or keep it ,please  can anyone suggest me .

Tried with other earphones and all earphones are working fine with other devices except m31s
