I ordered Galaxy Fold 3 through online store last Oct 25th until now I haven't receive my order...they cannot provide an expedite service even after all the inconveniences caused me. THEY DON'T COMPENSATE ATLEAST OF PRIORITIZING / EXPEDITING THE DELIVERY of my order. THEY JUST TOOK MY PAYMENT.

Samsung e-store.ae@samsung.com is really bad! They made me believe that they will deliver the freebie of wireless charger trio during the pre order period when i bought my fold 3 last Oct 2021, but until now they have not deliver my item...no response from them!
