Complaint Regarding Agent Conduct and Unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience

Dear Customer Service Manager, 
 
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent customer service interaction on 16-09-2024. I contacted the chat support regarding an ongoing issue, but unfortunately, the agent I interacted with lacked the necessary knowledge to assist me. This resulted in a significant waste of my time, as the information provided was inaccurate and unhelpful. To further compound the issue, I subsequently received a phone call on 17-09-2024 ( from 048795100 at 12:31pm) from another agent who seemed equally uninformed and unable to address my concerns. 
 
During the interaction, the agent consistently interrupted me and exhibited rude behavior. I attempted to communicate my concerns, but the agent's repeated interruptions prevented a productive conversation. The agent stated, "since you are interrupting, I will too" which I found entirely inappropriate. I am extremely disappointed by this interaction and expect better from your representatives. 
 
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received and request that appropriate measures be taken to address these shortcomings. I trust you will take my feedback seriously and work towards improving the customer service experience for all.
