Unfold Your ExperienceI have purchased a Fold 4 phone, which is still under warranty and covered by Samsung Care. After updating the device, the front screen suddenly malfunctioned. When I took the device for repair, they requested a payment of AED 575 under the insurance, refusing to repair it under warranty due to a scratch that is not visible to the naked eye. The scratch might have occurred while the device was with them, as my phone has never been dropped before.
