I have purchased a Fold 4 phone, which is still under warranty and covered by Samsung Care. After updating the device, the front screen suddenly malfunctioned. When I took the device for repair, they requested a payment of AED 575 under the insurance, refusing to repair it under warranty due to a scratch that is not visible to the naked eye. The scratch might have occurred while the device was with them, as my phone has never been dropped before.

Hi brother, I'll answer you. Before receiving the device, you must check your device thoroughly and then receive your device. But if there's any scratch, tell them I won't receive the device in this case. But if you receive your device and then you return to them after a while. You tell them there are scratches on the screen. He won't accept this from you. You could be the perpetrator.
Your fault, my friend, must check the device before signing the receipt.
