Recently, I got to be a part of an amazing Samsung Community event—an Iftar gathering followed by a Stargazing Competition at Bab Al Shams. It was truly special because our community manager "Sara" invited Samsung Members, including myself, to come together and experience something unforgettable.
As we arrived, we were introduced to the incredible new Galaxy S25 Ultra. Holding it in my hand, I immediately felt the sleekness and refinement compared to my S24 Ultra—it genuinely felt like a big step up. And as a wonderful surprise, each of us received Galaxy Buds Pro 3 as a gift, boasting one of Samsung's finest designs to date.
It was also fantastic meeting other Samsung Members in person, finally putting a face to the usernames I've interacted with online. Events like these highlight the importance of socialising and taking a moment from our busy lives to genuinely connect with others.
After enjoying a delightful Iftar meal, we ventured deeper into the desert to a beautifully arranged majlis. Here, the Astro Team had set up telescopes allowing us to gaze at the planets and stars clearly under the open sky. The team shared fascinating stories about how stars historically guided navigation across the Arab world, recounting beautiful tales passed down through generations.
But the real excitement was still ahead. We had a challenge—capturing the night's beauty using Samsung Expert RAW’s Astro Mode on the S25 Ultra. The task: capture the best starry photo and win an S25 Ultra!
We all eagerly experimented with the powerful camera features, taking numerous shots and finally submitting our best entries. Though I didn't win, the experience itself was priceless—spending time under the desert stars, exploring photography, and enjoying the stories and company of fellow Samsung Members.
Events like these remind me how unique our Samsung community is. Can't wait for the next one!
