it has been observed that while on video call. everyone on the other side seems to have problem listening to my voice. sometimes it doesn't come or the voice comes with pause and cuts. I have tried all the apps and every app is facing the same problem. what is this with s9 plus?

I have already checked this multiple times. infact, when I put headphones it works fine but when it's on speaker. it seems to have this issue. Do I need to take it to the service centre? it's so dissappointing that its a new phone and it has these issues.
