The a9 pro is a very good as well as mid ranger phone device it is the best mid ranger phone device in terms of battery,screen,and the UI experience but in contrary the a9 pro New update i.e the nougat brought bugs like heating issues as well as battery drainage problems.Many of the users like me had tried numerous number of attempts to fix this problem but after so many attempts even after factory reset the problem has not been solved and till now I am facing this problem.MY humble request to the samsung members working team is that please look over this issue and resolve the issue I hope that in future this bug should be nullified from the software.

what i got to know is that sansung is the worst after sales service. thier products are faulty and they do not bother to provide any support but rather focus on launching new garbage every month with one aim to sell more and more but if they continue to do this then i think their competitors will gain more share.
