Hi
I've replaced the screen after that I'm unable to use the phone properly. when any notification comes and I want to close it by swiping it is opening instead of closing. No response from Samsung. Really very poor customer care services. Also my new phone they peeled off the back panel ad told after serving it would happen.

In service centre they are saying that there is no option if it is not properly fitted. I have to manage it they said. Now I'm seeing that the back cover which was not properly fitted is getting loose possibility o water entry into the mob. Now it became fully damaged condition after sercice. I never expected this kind o wrost service from Samsung. I have been using samsung mobiles from 15 years. But I have never gone to the service centre as i was not using a mobile more than a year. But now I went to service centre and completely lost the trust of service. I won't use Samsung mobile never from today because nobody responding my problems.
