After the Update there was a gap between Keyboard and Bottom Chin of S10, But That Down Arrow was there to Hide the Keyboard and to Switch between other open apps, to Remove that unnecessary Space and Hide Button of Keyboard ( Down Arrow Key ) Go to Settings > Display > Navigation Bar > Show Button to hide Keyboard - Toggle Off, The Gap Between The Keyboard and Chin will Disappear..
