Spen is a hardware thing, not a software. Spen works on emr like Wacom pen. So the device must need the supported hardware

Bhai, konse maal phok rahe, A35 aur spen support?, bhai warna apna phone bech ke S series ke ultra series wale Galaxy phone le lo but yeha aisa bakaiti mat Karo. Phone mei koi software feature ya bugs hain tho suggest ya request Karo, impossible type scientist level baat mat karo.
