When the Beta users using 1st Beta S/W, download and install the recently released "One UI Home" (Launcher 15.0.05.005), there is an issue that the Home screen cannot be touched and apps cannot be launched through the Quick panel/Edge panel. For Beta users using Beta S/W, please update to the official version of One UI 6 as soon as possible.
Please note that you may need to update several times to update to the official version of One UI 6.
I updated my s22 plus on Oct 2023 with beta version after that no update received and now it's oct 2024. Many tickets raise and call to Samsung but same answer. Which is meaningless.now they suggest go for service center and they ask money. I mean if phone not working then money can be pay bit software update problem is company issue. This is my first and now last Samsung phone.
