Please change Notification panel look in dark mode

I request Samsung to please change the notification panel look officially. In dark mode, the notifications are supposed to be appear with a black background with a hint of transparency. Please do this. As of now it is showing a grey background. And also in some apps like Kakaotalk the background is same like grey instead of black. Please fix this .
