I don't think I could agree with the statement. Me recently got on the beta wagon with one UI 5 beta version 2 from the latest One UI 4.1 and I'm already finding some bugs. I don't have beta 1 installed so clearing cache partition doesn't make sense. I'm looking forward to beta 3 release with some bug fixes

None of the above said cache clearance is effective.... there are many connectivity issues ongoing network, wearable and many more. These needs to be addressed earliest else been pushed to withdraw or roll back to predecessor version.
