If your phone lags ( 20hz,30hz,40hz and at 10hz )

Simply turn on power saving mode and turn off.

I am doing this step every time when i unlock my phone.

Yes this is best solution for get rid of lagging.

I noticed the lagging mostly when the adaptive power mode turns on. If I have that off I didn't notice much performance degradation. But beta2 has more issues than beta 1. I hope beta 3 comes out since than later

Instead of doing this
Make a bixby routine which changes refresh rate to 60 hz and turn it on whenever your phone lags

Just go to bixby routines and select display,Refresh rate 60hz
