As said, people who are facing issues like "Wallpapers and Styles keep crashing" when trying to use the new wallpaper engine or "OneUI Home is crashing" when using previously created folders, please remove any good lock related app you have in your phone.
The reason is the Goodlock and related apps are still Android 12 based, and they are yet to be updated for supporting Android 13. Due to this, there are high chances that using them after this new Beta will make some sort of crashing issues with above mentioned features.
