Convert 5g to 4g in power saving mode

The feature of converting from 5g to 4g should be present in the power saving mode as it was in one ui 6 .

Yes this is useful for some of users
Samsung was not to remove this feature

But still you can achieve it easily through Routines.
If "Power Saving = On"
Then " Connections can be set to 4G"
