After Update S21ultra jumps from 4g to 2g and back again after every 10 15 mins

After Update my S21 ultra is become very slow and even hangs too often apps keep crashing and the most irritating thing is that it jumps from 4g to 2g and back again every 10 15 mins

I think this has to be the problem of career , I have 2 sim cards I face similar issue with Airtel but Jio sim is working flawlessly
