Hi there,

 

For Wi-Fi connectivity follow the below mentioned steps:

1- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

2- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > Wi-Fi).

For fingerprint issue follow the below mentioned steps:

1- If any screen guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disable the fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
2- Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue.
If problem does not get resolved, run the device in Safe mode and check the performance.

If still issue persists, kindly visit nearest service center for physical inspection of your device. Service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.

very bad experience in A30 .. not fixed WiFi connectivity issue in last update . WiFi connection some time dropping
