I'm facing issues with all calls (normal calls,wifi calling, whatsapp calling) whereby for some time like 2-3 seconds I'm not able to hear the other person while for other times the person I am speaking to is not able to hear me.

Also in pubg, I'm facing loading issue. Like while I'm in game there's a message appearing out of nowhere like loading... and it stays like that as i said for 2-3 seconds.  

Does anyone face such issues on s10 lite ?

My phone is updated and security patch is of March 2020

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:


1. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.


2. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
