which is your device first tell that .... and if your device is A,s,note series and then also secure folder not opening....then may you have purchased your device from samsung finance....if it's like that then this is the procedure only...after completing all emi payment it will unlocked otherwise not

if you buy with samsung finance plus emi you can't enble secure folder till your emi is not finished
