Tech Talkalso auto update apps are default disabled since beginning.
BTW, just got to know that Samsung does installs apps (mostly gaming) on every update without user's knowledge or permission; just hoping it doesn't install any problematic app in the background :).

Tech TalkI double checked on device, these options were already disabled. Surprisingly Samsung support couldn't suggest any remedy yet :).
To be on safer side, I disabled galaxy store itself.

Tech TalkFortunately got someone from Samsung on call. First he said that during upgrade, it asks with list of recommended apps & installs only of we say yes. When I told that no such pop up came, then he said that yes, without user's approval also Samsung installs few default apps which come along with upgrade & those app details mentioned in patch docs.
When I checked that doc with him on call, there was no such info; so next he said that we don't disclose in patch notes, but install as those apps are harmless :).
Finally I concluded that Samsung might have some hidden agenda behind installing such (or even more insecure apps in background).
Request all to be careful !!!
