At first I don't notice that it happened sometime with this phone. But yesterday the screen got stuck on Black Screen after taping the power key . After a long time by taping the power key frequently, the screen backs again . The same thing happened again after few times . But this time the black screen stayed for one day. And today this happened twice again.
As i buy this phone on 2019, June 16 , I am afraid of that if these situation happened again after expring the phone's warranty , what i will do !?
is it updated to android 10? did you hard reset your device? if not then try to hard reset.Ensure the device is powered off.Simultaneously press and hold the Volume up and Power buttons until the device vibrates and the Android Recovery screen appears then release all buttons.From the Android Recovery screen, select Wipe data/factory reset.
