 Samsung's m31s should have the good lock feature and also need some camera improvements like slow motion videos ,single take and 64 megapixel camera should be zoomed in and you are also sugested to improve the quality of zoom in photo.

Megapixel refers to Suze of the picture not the picture clarity. So a good lens is necessary for better picture as well as better lighting etc.
