AFTER UPDATE TO ONE UI 2.0 AND ANDROID 10 IN SAMSUNG A50.BATTERY DRAINING FAST..CAMERA DOWNGRADE....WIDE ANGLE REMOVED.....CHANGED CAMERA 25 MP TO 16MP.....THIS UPDATE IS TOTTLY WROST......MY MOBILE IS GOING TO HEAVEN.....
Be assure below given steps will resolve the drinage issue:- 1. Go to Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory. 2. Turn off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile Hotspot, NFC etc. Swipe down on the home screen to open Notification panel > Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile Hotspot, NFC etc. to turn off. 3. We recommend you to avoid usage in area with low network/fluctuation as it will drain the battery considerably fast.
Below given steps will improve the picture quality:- 1) Poor Camera Image Quality:- Check physical condition of your camera lens. 2) Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera. 3) Camera > Settings > Reset settings> Reset. 4) Check device in safe mode:- Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two s seconds to turn on the device > When the logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. (To exit safe mode Restart the device)
