Lock screen stories is appearing at the top of the screen...the written is displaying half exactly at the top of time ...why this problem happens ..this is very irritating..please help me..see the photo i am uploading...

Check device in Safe Mode.
1. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
2. Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode just restart your device.
