How to Change Call Screen Background on Samsung One UI 3.0 based on Android 11
Here’s how to set a custom background image or short video for incoming calls on Galaxy devices:
Step 1. Go to the App Launcher and tap the Phone app.
Step 2. Tap the three dots icon menu and select Settings.
Step 3. Now, in the Call settings menu, you will see a new feature called “Call background” tap on it.
Step 4. Tap the Layout option at the bottom left-hand side of the screen to choose different layout options.
Let us remind you that, this feature is only Layout
Step 5. Choose how to show info about the person you’re talking to. As of now, there are only 2 layout options. available to Galaxy devices running on One UI
Step 6. To set a custom background image or video tap Background at the bottom right-hand of the screen.

Step 7. Here you can either select the preloaded images or video or even select any custom photo by tapping the + icon. changing the incoming call screen background
Step 8. After selecting your desired layout and custom call background image, tap Set as call background.
