You it just struck me even though we have videos and all glamourful phone websites still in our country many people I see everyday in our community that they have smart phones but just are not using them to the fullest. They ask for locations still carrying Google maps and assistant in their pockets. We UPI and online pay but still many factors and evidences weaken the society to trust these online transactions even though one must only purchase via govt approved or via certified companies like Google's pay app and not via 3rd party apps but yes I still feel the smartphones are underutilized one must sometimes instead of watching videos of elsewhere you know tinker with the phone to unlock new and undisclosed features that might make life a little easy and could be still unused in your phone. You know the problem is not with its with sellers too. If you go to a store to buy a device the people at the store themselves have no knowledge and are unaware of the full functionality of the device itself be it smartphones, AC or smart washing machine or refrigerators. If you buy a smartphone and ask them about a feature they seem blank and will ask u in turn to run and feel the there on the display module. Many a times customer has no idea what he wants to purchase to guide them step by step from budget to features they want is the job of the store people. I think before opening a store they should have some sort of little training done to have a better understanding of all the products they are selling even though knowledge of the products is out there on YouTube and on internet but still people need some assistance. Don't you think???
