Hi earlier I had Vivo v7+ mobile

There was sms,nd others notification lights 

In this mobile m21 how do I bring up notifications light

enable always on display then you can see every notification better then before

just go to lock screen >always on display >enable this option

But brother m21 have Always on display brother just enble all notifications you show in you AOD

Search for edge lighting in settings or try to install edge lighting app if not available in the settings. Then after turning it on the sides of the screen will glow in different colors as per application when notification is received.
