Mobile data is not starting 

If i have close mobile data for some time it doesn't start 

It is starts after some time

it can be a issue with network coverage.. which phone you are currently using

network coverage is not an issue network is full only the problem is with mobile data whenever I close it for some time and if i want to start it again it is not starting it is started after some time
