I've been facing issues on face unlock. I can't able to unlock my phone with face unlock even in moderate light conditions. Samsung is worst at the face unlock and also in many other sections. Today I bought redmi 9 power for my mom I tried to unlock phone with face unlock and it unlock fast when compared to this dumb m31s. Does anyone have any solution to my problem so that I'll try each solution to rectify the problem. I've been facing this issue since I bought m31s and I'm feeling regret off buying this one. Please help somebody

Yea it is a bit slow but not that much , i mean it works in 2-3 seconds. Now talking about u , i dont know , maybe there is some bug. Did u update ro latest version?

Then u should try it in safe mode
Just long press the power button then long tap the power off button

okay bro I'll try . until now u didn't face any issues on face unlock on m31s? I feel regret since I bought and it continues until now

Pran try and do a reset.
in apps try and clear cache.
check if the screen gaurd is causing any obstruction.

I tried safe mode its working fine and after that it again returns to the same condition
