Yes it is only for Indian handset and it will work with Jio and Airtel service provider.

I'm using c9 pro Samsung with Airtel network and also Airtel broadband but I'm not able to use WiFi calling feature.. I search every feature but not showing. my phone is fully updated

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issue with the wifi calling , it must be the issue with latest update of C9 pro do not worry it will sort out easily and I assure your handset is compatible for wifi calling.
if possible you may use jio sim to check wifi calling option is visible ?
