jio network international roaming to korea corrupt SMS sending

I am having Samsung s9 and Note 9,. I traveled to Korea.  If I enable roaming in korea then network band corrupting.

If I do factory reset then it will work.

So it issues with software which not fixed.

6month back also I raised concern but software wise it not fixed. Is there any string or temp fix apart from factory reset

u have to install specifi soft in service centre to unlock bands

no, I dont know . after reset network I can use call but SMS not work.
I tried toto reset the sms service no, still for jio it wont work. I changed sim to airtel and Vodafone. both working fine for sms sending. only Jio sim sms sending not work

they can able to fix or not. ot they suggesting not to use jio sim

Hi there,

In order to resolve the international roaming network please follow below steps:

1- Device should be activated first by Indian SIM card in India.
2- If you are using the device Out of India, you need to insert Indian SIM card first and make roaming calls with it for approximately 10-15 minutes.
3- If above mentioned procedures are followed then you can use visiting country SIM network in your device.

If issue still persists, kindly once coordinate with the nearby Samsung authorized Service center available in your visiting country to get the further possible solution.
