I am using m30s from more than 9 months but from 15 days the internet in my phone is not working properly. Sometimes it show E signal and on other hand when it says 4g LTE and 3 bars the internet doesn't work I tried everything even factory reset.

And sometimes 4g and 4 bars but no internet 



And when I went in customer care of samsung they said this is sim issue and haven't even check my phone and in Vodafone care they said same thing your device have problem. Our sim has nothing to do with this issue

😅😅 I was angry too much so threw this phone in sky and it came down

I have exact same issue with airtel. From 3 days it keeps on switching h+ and 4g and e. This is the 1st time I'm seeing h+ and e in M30s with airtel. Also force lte not working again which used to work before. I raised complaint with airtel waiting for their resolution.

neither Vodafone care nor Samsung care doesn't help me at all



I just reset my phone and now internet is working better than before u can try it bro

Well I'm waiting for what resolution airtel gives. Cause with jio in slot 2 I don't have any speed issues it was same as before...

when I use dual sim my net doesn't work.thats why I use only one voda sim no other sim in 2 slot

Maybe you have to visit service center for this... In my opinion primary and secondary numbers are important in day-2-day as network in India is not such great..

Funny thing with jio is their 4g is hell like any but they are thinking about 5g🤣🤣🤣

* Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
