Galaxy store is loading so slow on high speed internet on my galaxy s10 device...and it's not just mine my so many friends who are using galaxy devices the same problem is going on with them too ..galaxy store is loading so loading and searching any app also take so much loading same to home page of the store.....so fix it. Humble request.

some apps are only on galaxy store and what about watch apps ? watch apps are only available on galaxy store

may be it takes time,mine is working as usual fine,you can reinstall it.or clear data and clear cache

even i find it working slow...i think its probably because samsung doesnt upgarde and refresh it ..i am not sure but it can be possible...!

Hey, if you're still facing the same issue, then please replicate the issue and do the following:

 

  1. Record it or take a screencast of the issue in action.
  2. Share dumpstate logs with the customer care

 

Here are steps to take dumpstate logs:

  1. Replicate the issue
  2. Dial *#9900# in calling app
  3. Choose "Run dumpstate/logcat"
  4. Click "copy to sdcard" when completed.
  5. Find [My File > Storage > Log folder]
  6. Compress the log folder and share with customer care or feedback section.
