files app keeps stopping, please help if any one know

I have tried restart, clear data , force stop , clear cache nothing helped me 

Device tab s6 lite 

Os one ui 2.5 android 10 , dec security patch

Try this 

Turn your tab to safe mode 

(Restart the tab, and before it turns on while restarting hold the volume button down that way you activate safe mode)

then try to open the file app again, its supposed to work 

(To turn safe mode off you'll have to reboot)
