check the charger cable
Remove the charger cable from adapter and insert again in adapter.
connect the charger to your phone then it start working.

you can also check it in settings that fast charging option is enabled or disabled

but u have to unplug the charger multiple time in order to enable the fast charging option

Hi there,

 

Make sure you have enabled the fast charging option (Settings>>Device care>>Battery>>Advance>>Fast charging>>enable it)
Please perform the following step to resolve slow charging issue:
1- Charge the device with the original charger.
2- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).

3- Check with another USB cable.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions)

I have checked all the options before , the phone has started giving issue after the feb update
