charging issues while playing games

Dear team , rapid charging doesnt work while playing games like pubg , as it was working in one plus 5.. kindly do needful if possible

Please perform the below mentioned step to resolve the issue:

1. We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

2. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.

3. Check charger functionality, try to charge your device with some other charger or use your charger to charge some other device.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

at first , i had used original samsung charger
second , charging cable is like new one as i bought samsung s10lite just 2month ago
even with another chargera its not charging rapidly..

issue only persist whenevr charging while playing

otherwise its too good..

but in my older device oneplus 5 it was same charging speed with or without game..

kindly do needful
