Bro that's a notification from Android Setup,try disabling the notification from Android Setup

Settings->Apps,( then select Show system apps)->Android setup ->Notifications disable and also clear cache

You should turn off the " auto update apps over wifi " option in the playstore settings menu,then try clicking on that option "use mobile data " If anything needs to be updated , it will be done !
