dont use too much when device get much heated since there may be a chance of bursting also .
try optimising u r device by clearing ram and hibernating awaken apps and also try keeping sufficient space in u r internal memory as well.its better for u not to charge u r phone by keeping on mobile data or wifi bluetooth etc.
if not done yet change u r battery or try reseting u r device.

Which Model ?

I also face the heating issue in A50 frist week, after that there was no major heat up.

So wait for some time and use less when it heat up

bro because of updates for software,launch of applications and app updates and at very first time makes device hotter.it's not an issue try to restart it..
