about samsung galaxy m31 prime

i purchased samsung galaxy m31 prime edition 8 months before, first 3 months it worked properly, but now , 3 problem arrived that is slow network, over heating and hanging during calls( i can call after restart only) so don't by this. Regarding this i approached 4 times service center and samsung help centre also no one rectify these problems, warranty also there but they not ready to exchange this.totaly waste. For this i have got mental depression
