the m30s camera become so worst performance when we open it takes 5 to 7 seconds to open and focus and when we take in super slow motion it hangs for few minutes so any suggestion from any experienced person please

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Perform the reset camera settings (Open camera app> Camera settings >reset setting).

3) Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

4) Run the device in safe mode and check the issue

all the suggestions done no improvement i think the 2.0 update is going to clear the camera problem
